I’m writing to share some exciting news! As you may know, our ECS Therapeutics hemp line and Patient One MediNutritionals nutraceutical line are sister brands, both companies operating within the same facilities, with the same high quality standards and support. Products from each company have been available for purchase, separately, on each individual website.
Many of our registered practitioners are purchasing from both brands and have requested a combined checkout process for a more efficient and seamless user experience.
I’m pleased to announce that beginning November 1, the ECS Therapeutics and Patient One MediNutritionals websites will allow for a combined checkout option for practitioners.
What does this mean for you?
- One consolidated login enables you to easily toggle between the two websites to order products from both brands together in one shopping cart. (This includes practitioner drop ship orders to patients.)
- One combined shopping cart allows you to meet the free shipping threshold with products from both companies
For those practitioners purchasing from only one of our brands, you can continue to access each website separately, as usual. Please note that the patient checkout process will remain as is (separate websites with separate checkout).
