How do I create a subscription?
Once logged into your account, there are two ways to create a new subscription:
Via Quick Order page:- Add the desired products and quantities to your Cart, then go to your Cart
- Turn the Autoship button “On” for each product you’d like to set up
- Select the desired frequency
- Continue checkout process as normal
Via Individual Product Page:
- Go to each product page you’d like to set up with auto shipments
- Select “Subscribe & Save” option and indicate the frequency
- Add the desired quantities to your Cart
- Continue checkout process as normal
Do you offer an autoship discount?
All subscriptions receive 10% off initial and ongoing orders. Subscription discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
How often will I receive my autoship order?
Orders are processed based on the indicated frequency. Shipping times may vary depending on delivery address. Frequency options include:
- 30 days
- 45 days
- 60 days
- 90 days
How do I modify a subscription?
You may add or remove products, change quantities, skip a shipment, change the autoship frequency or change the shipment date all within the “My Auto Ship Subscriptions” page. Alternatively, you may cancel an existing subscription and create a new one.
How is shipping handled?

How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. To cancel, follow these steps:
- Log into your account
- On the top menu bar, hover over “My Account” and select “My Subscriptions”
- Find the subscription you’d like to cancel and select “Cancel Subscription”
- When prompted, select a reason
- You will receive an email confirming your cancellation
How do I change my form of payment?
To change the payment method for future orders:
- Log into your account
- On the top menu bar, hover over “My Account” and select “My Subscriptions”
- Select or add a new payment method for the desired subscription
How do I change my shipping address?
- Log into your account
- On the top menu bar, hover over “My Account” and select “My Subscriptions”
- Click “Edit” in the Shipping Address box for the desired subscription
- Click “Add New Address” in the top right corner, or choose an existing address
- Click the blue “Select” button to save changes
Additional Terms and Conditions
Auto shipments are currently available to retail accounts only.
If a product in your subscription is out of stock, you will be notified before your shipment date to discuss your options.
In the event of a failed payment, we will re-attempt to process the payment once per day for three consecutive days. If we are still unable to process your order after the third attempt, the subscription will be updated accordingly.
Individual product pricing is subject to change. New pricing will be reflected on future orders only.
By setting up an autoship subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge the order total to the payment method provided until the subscription is canceled.
